Happy National Golf Month! Golfers choose to learn and play this sport for many reasons – the fresh air, the sunshine, the ability to play anywhere around the world by yourself or with a group, and the ageless limit – just to name a few. A day of golfing or a golf outing is a special and fun occasion for everyone involved, which is why you should get out there on the course this month!
For those of you who get out on the course frequently, haven’t quite had the chance yet, or have never swung a club before and want to learn (don’t be intimidated – seasoned golfers like to see people wanting to learn the sport that they love and if you’re lucky, most of the time they will give you a few pointers too! Just be sure to follow course etiquette while you’re out there), here is a list of some of Ocean County’s golf courses and driving ranges that are open to the public for you, your friends, and your family, of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the day on.
