The cold should not stop you from enjoying this fun, February weekend in Ocean County. There is always something to do at the Jersey Shore. Friday, February 20th
The Center for Healthy Living in Lakewood presents Classic and Gentle Yoga for all ages from 9am-11:45am.
Saturday, February 21st
The Lacey Branch of the Ocean County Library will screen the movie “Justice is a Black Woman: The Life and Work of Constance Baker Motley “ at 2:00pm. The film’s writer will be in attendance for a Q&A session after the screening.
Come to the Strand Theatre in Lakewood for Decades of Divas featuring Lisa Sherman. The concert includes music from the 1940s through the present. Tickets are $29-$59 for this 7:30pm show.
Sunday, February 22nd
Hemingway’s Café in Seaside Heights is hosting a Pasta and Sinatra Fundraiser for the Ocean County Columbus Parade at 3pm.
Award-winning chef Gregory Manning hosts a cooking demonstration featuring Thai chicken spring rolls, stuffed pork and more. It takes place at Serenity Café in Toms River and is sponsored by the Ocean County Historical Society. Tickets are $45 for members or $50 for non-members. It starts at 5:30pm.
Check out all of the ice sculptures at Laurita Winery’s Ice Sculpture Festival in New Egypt. There will also be entertainment and food.
