Brick Township’s Summerfest is set to kick off this June with an exciting lineup of concerts, events, fireworks and more. Hundreds to thousands of visitors attend the summer shows at Windward Beach (on Princeton Avenue in Brick) for a night of free, family-fun entertainment.
Jimmy and the Parrots, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band, will perform on June 30th at 7PM. Afterwards, there will be fireworks.
On July 7th, there will be a drive-in movie starting at dusk.
On July 21st at 7PM, the musical act will be the Infernos (America’s #1 show band). Fireworks follow the performance.
Brick will celebrate National Kids Day and National Night Out Against Crime on August 2nd at 6PM.
On August 4th at 6PM, there will be a Car Show presented by Time Capsule Cruisers.
Another drive-in movie will be shown at sundown on August 18th.
Rick Larrimore, a Rod Stewart tribute band, will be putting on a concert on August 25th at 7PM. After the show, there will be fireworks.
The last drive-in movie will be on September 1st at sundown.
Finally, there will be KiteFest on September 24 at noon. This event will take place at Brick Beach III.
On the days of Summerfest, there is a free bus shuttle service that will be departing from Drum Point School, Midstreams Elementary School and Brick High School to Windward Beach between 5PM-8PM. The return trips will begin at 9PM. The food court and DJ for each show will open at 5PM. All children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
